Level II RT Technician
NVI, LLC has an immediate need for dedicated Level II RT Technicians to support our Mobile, AL division. Additional MT, PT, UTT, and CR/DR Certifications preferred.

The Level II RT Technician is responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Perform Level II radiographic inspections to inspect materials, components, and structures for defects or irregularities.
Set up and operate radiographic equipment in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards, while producing quality radiographs.
Calculate, establish, and control radiation area.
Adhere to quality control procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Interpret radiographic images to identify and evaluate interactions of flaws and abnormalities.
Document test results, including writing reports and maintaining accurate records of inspections.
Collaborate with management to assure that testing procedures are meeting project requirements.
Manage long term projects effectively and professionally by communicating with customer/client representatives and management to effectively meet established deadlines.
Participate in training programs to stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in radiographic testing.
Responsible for guidance and on-the-job training of trainees and assistants in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, procedures, and the company’s written practice.
Perform additional NDE service methods like MT, PT and UTT.
Must be able and willing to travel in the event support is needed in other regions.
