The Level II Limited/Profile Digital Radiographer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job descriptions:
Perform Level II DR profile inspections and other NDE inspections as specified with the Company’s procedures.
Operate and maintain Digital Radiography equipment, software, and hardware as per company requirements and manufacturer’s recommendations.
Establish and calibrate testing equipment and materials.
Calculate, establish, and control the radiation area.
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
Evaluate and interpret product results to the code of construction or customer specifications.
Organize and report test results.
Responsible for producing quality radiographs.
Able to meet travel expectations.
Capable of managing long term projects.
Communicating with customer/client representatives on daily basis.
Responsible for returning a completed product in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
Required to establish and manage all safety procedures and functions throughout a project.
Able to train assistants efficiently in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, procedures and NVI, LLC’s SNT-TC-1A written practice.
Effective at meeting deadlines set forth by management or clientele.
Maintain and promote a positive attitude while on projects.
Any other assignment necessary to meet Level II responsibilities set forth by the Company.
